Service Description
So often in life we don't feel seen, heard or understood and how would it feel if we could do that for ourselves and listen in to our own needs and desires, without judgement? In these sessions, we use the power of movement, breath and mindfulness as a vehicle to do just that, to connect you back to you. After an initial consultation, we will agree together the best approach be it using the traditional elements of yoga to build strength and mobility or perhaps a calm and clear mind. I often weave in modern day neuroscience with the ancient practices including breath work and kriyas, bringing together an array of techniques in order to be of best service to you. Whatever your motive for coming to these sessions, be it injury, illness or a wish to thrive, sessions are completely tailored to you and your desired outcomes. You can expect that these sessions go beyond our time on the mat together, as I aim to empower and equip you with the tools necessary to move through life with more ease and presence. Please note the price quoted is for in person. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please provide 24 hours notice or you may be charged the full treatment price. Sessions will take place at my home therapy room in Temple Village.
