Welcome to Caroline Yoga – linking breath with movement and body with mind.


After a year studying under the inspirational Claire Missingham in London, I returned to Edinburgh in 2013 to share the teachings of vinyasa flow yoga and have been bringing this physical, spiritual practice to life in a fun and down to earth way ever since.

Be prepared to be challenged, yet nurtured as we playfully journey through a series of linked movements that aim to create some breathing space in your life, bringing you to a place of balance and increased strength and mobility both physically and mentally.
